A decent hotel

I stayed for 3 months as part of a secondment to India, and despite a few issues with language (I am very very English), we managed to get to understand each other. The managers were exceptionally helpful, notably acting as a translator between myself and delivery people who spoke little to no English, and I wish I got the chance to show my gratitude before I left. They have an airport collection and drop-off service which was convenient and comfortable. Bedding was clean and tidy, and for me the breakfast food was delicious, albeit sometimes upto half an hour late (worth waiting for in my opinion). I came to adore their Dosa. Room service food was also tasty and well priced too. They had a laundry service which would take a few days, a few items came back slightly damaged, but I was not concerned enough to cause a problem. My only gripes I would say are that the lighting in my room was very odd - to get any decent light I had to use a switch the other side of the room from the door, the WiFi needed a code, and sometimes did not work, and that the doors were not very well soundproofed, so the chance of a lie in was lost. Most of the time (about 80%) my room was re-stocked with sealed bottled water, as well as having 2 2L bottles of drinking water. The minibar comprised of a can of Thumbs Up, Sprite and a bottle of water, as well has having 2 packets of crisps and a packet of cookies. Powercuts were common (compared to back in the UK), and there was a noticeable delay before the generator kicked in, which proved interesting when in the shower (which for a westerner, gives about 2 minutes worth of usable hot water). Its close to a reasonably sized shop and a bakery, but by the time I left the main road had been dug up so access was challenging at times. Would I stay again? Yes. The managers were so helpful and the food I found really good.

Good location and service. slightly inside if you have work at raheja mind space. They have small cafeteria, where food served is average. They did paste control in hotel when I stayed there. That made my stay difficult on last day.

Excellent for a Guest House!! If you are in Hyderabad and especially an IT professional and have your office (location to go) in HiTech City, then this place is just the place! Very good guest house and staff are excellent! The staff are so friendly and really make you feel at home. Many staff from Orissa - just so you know - but speak hindi, oriya, bengali, hyderabadi and telegu. The guest house is clean and well maintained. But room amenities can be better. But then it's not a luxury hotel right? The breakfast area though small serves very good breakfast. Laundry services are very good and the staff go out of the way to arrange transportation for your needs if required. I'll definitely go back again. Recommend to all. P.S.: Rooms are limited as there's a huge rush - all IT companies bookings. So plan well in advance.

Good place to stay on a business trip

This is a cute little business hotel with clean rooms. The hotel is in the middle of Madhapur area, nestled around walkable distance to many companies & restaurents. Rooms are big for 2 persons with all modern amenities in place. Buffet breakfast is not eloberate, but tasty n sufficiant. Staffs are friendly. This was my second stay at this place, sure will visit again.

We stayed here for 4 nights during our business trip. It is a nice hotel within budget. The location is a bit difficult to find. Otherwise the property is nicely maintained and clean.Rooms are large enough and with all modern amenities and a very fast free wi-fi.People are very friendly and always ready to make your stay more comfortable. The cooking is outstanding, especially the mutton curry and chilly mushroom. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers
